For Executive Search Firms we provide a classic executive research service. We assign a dedicated researcher for each assignment who will work with you from the briefing through to completion of the search. The researcher will either accompany you to the briefing meeting with your client or will have a detailed conversation with you to establish the exact requirements of the search and to fully understand the specification for the ideal candidate. We will work with you to draw up a target list of companies and/or organisations to be researched and those which are off limits. Candidates’ CVs are ‘drip-fed’ through to you to enable benchmarking and ‘tweaking’ of the candidate specification if need be. We establish interest and potential suitability both in terms of skill-set and cultural fit.
On completion of the assignment we submit a comprehensive research report which includes details of all contacts made, outcomes and any information gleaned, including opinions on the client company or any other relevant information in the market place which can provide a valuable source of information for future recruitment assignments.
Throughout the search we stay in regular contact with you, allowing flexibility and quick response should any problems arise. This also ensures that you are aware of progress at all times. Whilst use is made of a database, we start every assignment afresh, adding contacts from the database if appropriate. On completion of the assignment, we ensure all loose ends have been tied up.
