Our core services are:

Classic executive research
We would be very happy to go through the research process in detail, but very briefly a classic assignment would be as follows:

• Briefing – for each new assignment we assign a dedicated researcher who will work with you from start through to the completion of the assignment. The researcher will determine the specific requirements of the search with you and will write and agree the specification for the ideal candidate;
• Preparation of a target list – the researcher will work with you to draw up a target list of companies and/or organisations to be researched and those which are off limits either to you or GSA;
• Structure – we thoroughly research the target companies to establish organisation structures and to identify potentially suitable candidates;
• Contact – we ascertain (through telephone interview) potential candidates’ interest and suitability both in terms of skill-set and also cultural fit. Candidates' CVs, together with our comments, will be ‘drip-fed’ through to you to enable benchmarking and ‘tweaking’ of the candidate specification, if need be;
• Completion – we submit a comprehensive research report with details of all contacts made, outcomes and any information gleaned, including opinions on the client company or any other relevant information in the market place which can provide a valuable source of information for future recruitment assignments.

Our Fees
We charge either a fixed project fee or on a per diem basis, both of which are determined by the expected difficulty and complexity of the assignment.
